Peppery, crisp red onions...a diversity of colors is great for your microbiome health and feeds a variety of beneficial bacteria in the gut!
We deliver this week with red onions, purple or red daikon, rainbow carrots, green hydro lettuce, yellow lemons, red Fujis, and more microbe-feeding fruits and veggies! Count up colors as you menu plan--aim for at least 20 different shades of whole foods each week, if not twice that (red rice and purple potatoes count).
